With the majority of all selections complete, it will take approximately 8-12 months from ground breaking to Certificate of Occupancy (Move in!).

During this time, 8-10 draw dates are set up with the bank for the collection of construction payments. Each bank’s process varies slightly, but typically, we use a percentage based draw schedule with key trigger points (for example, slab poured) in order to collect the appropriate amount of funds for the work complete (we have sample draw schedules in our office if you would like to review it prior to this stage). With our Cash customers, we set up a similar draw schedule where the draw amounts are released upon the same key trigger points. Once we receive the Certificate of Occupancy, you are ready to move into your new Custom Home!
