We create the Preliminary Plans for you and, upon approval, move to Design Development Plans; this will significantly help you visualize your new home. Then, our Interior Designer will complete the interior selections book, and we create a budget to the exact penny for the home plan, which enables us to deliver a GUARANTEED PRICE for your home. This process will take 6-8 weeks to complete. During this time, you will be working with your lender / bank and completing all necessary paper work for your loan approval. When the plans are complete, we will immediately submit to the bank for final review, appraisal, and then start the closing process on the Construction Perm Loan.
If there is a Design Review Board (DRB) submittal for your community, it will take approximately 30 to 60 days for approval, depending on the community's approval process. Once the DRB has approved the plan, we are ready to submit the plan to the bank for appraisal and closing.
